Location: on the west of the big mosque Al Haram, Makkah.
The project calls for construction of residential and commercial centre in area close to the Grand mosque in Makkah. The master plan of development covers 230,000 square metres and will accomodate around 40,000 people. The development consists of 39 commercial and residential towers. The area of the development has been divided into two areas, northern area which includes fourteen 6-story buildings, a 6-story prayer building and southern area with includes the other towers.
On this project, AcSiMaLiA provided assistance to the Owner, studies and scheduling.
